     Registration:   Aug 15—Sept 29:  $80

                          Sept 30—Oct 3: $100

                          *Bring a Guest: 2 for $125

                                       *Guest is anyone who does not regularly attend. Price good Aug 15—Oct 3

Parental Consent/Medical Treatment Form required for registration.

A Medication Card is required for all students taking any form of medication.
